Iulian C. Vrabiescu was once an excellent regional governor of Dolj county, the prosecutor of Dolj Tribunal and a deputy in the Chamber. History reminds him as the man who took care of the county roads, the one who built schools and hospitals and, also, the one who put the bases of many economical societies. Due to its remarkable activities, he was decorated with the Star of Romania and the Crown of Romania, two emblematic distinctions in our culture.
